Despite the fact that I ate my weight in bacon this weekend, the SparkPeople nutrition tracker helped me keep my overall calories in-check (well, most of the weekend anyway, lol). I also made a very conscious effort to go to the gym three nights this past week. But my biggest motivator? A nurse I work with but haven't seen in months saw me Saturday and said, "Wow, you look great." Who wouldn't be motivated by that?

Ate your weight in bacon, lol... I don't believe it.

It pretty good when people start noticing our efforts.

I'm still waiting, a few more pounds and people will start noticing again. I think, my face is thin though why do I always lose the weight in my face and feet first???
