Muscle weighs more than fat. Seriously!!

i'm with chan - muscle weighs more. try measuring yourself. you'll probably find that while your "mass" has increased, your physical space has decreased! besides - if you clothes fit and you feel good, all is as it should be.

(is bear better?)

Exactly what Chan and Miss Me said!

Ditto - Is Bear feeling any better?

Yes, I was going to say the same as Chan... Stay with it. You may not realize that your body is different because you see yourself everyday... but I bet you look different.

I agree with the others, muscle weighs more than fat. Don't worry what the scale says. Listen to your body and how your clothes are fitting.

I agree with what the others have said- you need to take baseline measurements and go by that- the scale is a dirty rotten liar. :p

Don't feel so bad, I worked out up until I started working, stopped, my weight is still 200, but I am almost a 16 now and I was a healthy 18... I don't get it at all... If I was losing weight you would figure that I would start seeing a change in my weight...
