Well, I work in a diabetes/cholesterol clinic, and I can tell you that your #'s for glucose and total cholesterol are FINE! So, you're going in the right direction.

No judgement from me that is for sure. Nothing wrong with trying to take care of yourself. Sounds like you are headed in the right direction.

I think telling people about it reduces the "holding on to the secret" stress...

Thanks for sharing it :) Maybe I will follow your lead, I sure need some discipline.

You are doing fine. This is a life long change that we all have to come to terms with. I fell off the bandwagon last week becasue fo Halloween and getting the new dog, but I got right back in the groove this week. Don't beat yourself up and share, because it is more stressful when you stew alone about it.

Good for you! I'm on the pathway myself to get healthy...and there's a challenge at work to "help". Unfortunately, I've only lost 1 pound, after 4 weeks! I've still got 4 weeks left, and a lot more weight to lose. Keep up the good work!
