I will not be discouraged.

I will take this as a lesson in empathy for my patients.

I will return to careful tracking and monitoring of my daily calorie intake.

I will exercise more.

I might have chocolate pudding with lunch today.

Tracking my meals (and thus, calorie intake) always seems to work for me. Well, that and kicking up my exercise a notch.

I just wish I could not get discouraged...

I'll be there right away for chocloate pudding for lunch. I wish that I could break the 190 wall, so keep up the good work and soon I'll get the good vibes and be smack dab in the middle of the 180's.

Shouldn't there be a two week reprieve post-Buffet? Jello shots are not only delicious and nutrious (in the psychological sense) but also deceptively high in calories.

Whatever. Now? I just want a jello shot. Damn you!

The little black one just won't come out, I knew when I got him that he was like that, the former owners told me that he had the tendency to hide all of the time. He won't come out in the house he just hides in the bathroom or gets in the drawer and hides and he crouches around the house. The other one though just gave me an hour of love and pleasure when he got in my lap on his own and just purred his little heart out. I think w/o his brother that the littlest will open up more.
