162

Sob.

I've put this post off long enough.

So there you have it. Up 1 1/2 pounds from last week. Anyone following my daily calorie count can see why. It doesn't help to just record everything I eat - I need to use that record as a guideline when choosing my next meal. A low calorie dinner to balance a macaroni & cheese lunch. It sounds so easy when I tell my patients to do it.

Yay, so in the last week I wasn't the only one that didn't make their desired progress. I didn't gain, but I didn't lose either. I did have time to work out at all...

Chin Up!

At my age (over 40) it is harder than ever to see progress when the body revolts daily. I take pride in knowing that I am doing the right thigs daily and that I will get the results I want.

You will too! We will cheer you up and on!

it's just a number! i weigh more now than i did 9 months pregnant with my first child. i was 151 when i delivered him... i'm 160 - 165 now. oddly, i'm not too unhappy about this... i try to eat a healthy diet and get some exercise everyday. i could do both of those better, but, life gets in the way. so long as you're healthy and happy and trying to stay that way, pat yourself on the back! its not easy being mom, wife, worker, friend, etc., etc....
